Get Started

The complete innovation toolkit for your team.

Wekilop covers the full lifecycle. From the moment an idea is first expressed to the moment outcomes are documented and learned from.

01

Idea Collection

Wekilop's idea submission form is deliberately simple. Contributors fill in a title, a description, the problem they are trying to solve, and the potential impact they see. That is all that is required to get started.

The form works on any device. Ideas can be submitted from a desktop browser, a tablet, or a phone. There is no app to download and no account setup beyond your team invitation.

Review and Evaluation

Designated reviewers receive new idea notifications and work through a structured evaluation panel. Each idea is assessed against consistent criteria, reducing the influence of individual bias.

Reviewers can leave comments visible to the contributor, request additional information, or escalate an idea to a wider panel. Every action is logged.

When a decision is made, the contributor is notified automatically with the outcome and any relevant feedback.

Consistent criteria

Every idea is evaluated against the same set of questions, making comparisons fair and decisions defensible.

Structured feedback

Reviewers document their reasoning. Contributors understand why decisions were made.

Multi-reviewer panels

Complex or high-impact ideas can be escalated to a wider group for collective assessment.

03

Prototype Tracking

Approved ideas become projects. Each project gets a dedicated workspace with milestones, an assigned owner, and a progress status visible to the team.

Milestone updates are simple to add. Owners post brief progress notes that appear in the project timeline. No formal reports required. No meetings necessary just to share an update.

Team members can follow specific projects and receive updates when milestones are reached or status changes.

Outcome Measurement

When a project closes, Wekilop prompts the project owner to complete an outcome reflection. This captures what changed, what was learned, and what would be done differently next time.

These reflections accumulate into a searchable knowledge base. Over time, your organisation builds a clear picture of where innovation efforts are most effective and what types of ideas tend to generate real change.

Leadership can view aggregated outcome data across all projects, filtered by team, time period, or category.

Institutional knowledge

Searchable records of every project's journey and outcome, available to future teams.

Filtered reporting

Outcome data can be filtered by team, category, time period, or project owner.
